Description

The Kenwood TR-3600 is the 70cm counterpart to the 2m TR-2600 handheld, offered from 1984 as a compact UHF FM transceiver. It features 10 memory channels, an illuminated display, an analog S-meter, plus DTMF and DCS functions. With 1.5 watts of output power (high) and a weight of roughly 510 grams, it was light and handy for mobile 70cm operation. Depending on the version (E: 430-440 MHz, A: 440-450 MHz), it covers different UHF amateur bands.
