The Kenwood/Trio TR-7500 is an analog 2-meter FM mobile transceiver from 1977 and ranks among Kenwood's early channelized VHF amateur radios. Frequency selection relies on plug-in channel crystals or a channel selector switch, as this early model does not yet feature a frequency synthesizer. With switchable output power of 1 W and 10 W, the rugged unit suits both vehicle-mounted mobile use and simple base-station operation.
