The Icom IC-4SAT is a compact amateur radio handheld transceiver for the 70 cm band (440-450 MHz) operating in FM mode. Produced from 1989 into the early 1990s, it offers switchable output power from 500 mW to 5 watts. Equipped with a DTMF keypad, 1750 Hz repeater call tone, and clock/timer function, it provides 48 regular channels plus a priority call channel.
