The Icom IC-4SA is a compact FM handheld transceiver for the 70 cm amateur band, produced from 1989 onward. It offers 48 memory channels plus one call channel, programmable repeater offset, and a clock/timer function. An optional CTCSS/PL tone squelch module is available, and the radio runs on various NiCd battery packs (7.2V or 12V).
