The Icom IC-4GE is a compact handheld transceiver for the 70 cm amateur radio band, produced in the late 1980s. It offers FM operation with switchable output power of 6 W (high) and 1 W (low), plus a 20-channel memory with programmable repeater shift. Its double-conversion superheterodyne receiver provides excellent sensitivity.
