The Icom IC-4AT is a portable amateur radio handheld transceiver for the 70 cm band (440-450 MHz) operating in FM, produced from 1981 to 1990. It features a double-conversion superheterodyne receiver, a DTMF keypad, adjustable repeater shift, and selectable tuning steps. Output power reaches up to about 2.3 watts on high, with a switchable low-power setting of 150 mW for power-saving operation.
