The Icom IC-3SAT is a portable amateur radio handheld transceiver for the 1.25 m band (220-225 MHz), produced from 1989 to 1990. It offers FM-only operation with up to 5 watts of output power, switchable to lower power levels to conserve the internal NiCd battery. With 48 memory channels, a DTMF keypad, and programmable repeater offset, it is well suited for mobile use through repeaters.
