The Icom IC-4SET is a compact amateur radio handheld transceiver for the 70 cm band (430–440 MHz) operating in FM mode. It offers 48 regular channels plus a priority call channel and up to 5 watts of switchable output power across several power levels. Equipped with a DTMF keypad, a 1750 Hz repeater call tone, and clock/timer functions, it is well suited for portable voice communication.
