Description

The Trio 9R-59DS is the later evolution of the 9R-59 line from 1968/69 and one of Trio's last major tube communications receivers. The single-conversion superhet with a 455 kHz IF receives AM, SSB and CW across four bands from 0.55 to 30 MHz and offers bandspread on the ham bands for delicate tuning. An automatic noise limiter (ANL) and automatic volume control (AVC) improve listening comfort.
