The Icom IC-475E is an amateur radio base station transceiver for the 70 cm band (430-440 MHz), produced from 1987 into the 1990s. It offers SSB and FM operation with continuously adjustable output power from 2.5 to 25 watts. The receiver uses triple conversion for FM and quadruple conversion for SSB/CW to ensure high reception quality.
