The Icom IC-471E is an all-mode home base transceiver for the 70 cm amateur radio band, produced from 1984. It supports SSB, CW and FM with up to 25 watts of output power, suitable for both simplex and repeater operation. It features a dual/triple conversion receiver design and a battery-backed memory and channel storage system.
