The Icom IC-451E is an all-mode amateur radio base station transceiver for the 70 cm band (430–440 MHz), manufactured during the 1980s. It supports SSB and FM operation with adjustable output power from 1 to 10 watts. A triple-conversion FM receiver section with high-selectivity filters and a dual VFO with split function for repeater operation are among its features.
