Description

The Kenwood (Trio) TS-900 is a very rare HF transceiver from the mid-1970s covering only 80 through 10 meters, notably omitting the 160-meter band. It uses a tube final amplifier with two 6LQ6 output tubes, delivering up to 150 W PEP on SSB. Equipped with a noise blanker and VOX, it requires a separate power supply (PS-900). Due to its low production numbers and short manufacturing run, the TS-900 is today considered a genuinely rare collector's item.
