The Kenwood TS-811 is an all-mode base station transceiver for the 70cm amateur band, introduced in 1984 as the UHF companion to the popular VHF TS-711. It covers 430-440 MHz in FM, SSB and CW with up to 10 watts of output power. A double-conversion superheterodyne receiver, 35 memory channels and flexible tuning steps make it equally suited to local FM operation and SSB/CW DX or satellite work.
