Description

The Icom IC-251E is a 2 m amateur radio base station transceiver from the early 1980s designed for the European 144-146 MHz band plan. It supports SSB, CW and FM with up to 10 watts of output power and features a dual-conversion FM receiver for improved reception quality. Features such as a noise blanker, SWR meter and a 1750 Hz tone burst for repeater access make it a classic all-round station of its era.
