Description

The Icom IC-250 is a compact 2 m FM mobile transceiver from the 1970s featuring PLL frequency synthesis, one of Icom's early implementations of this technology. It offers 22 channelized memory positions via diode-matrix storage and a sensitive double-conversion superheterodyne receiver with ceramic filters. With 10 watts of RF output (switchable down to 1 watt) and a compact, lightweight build, it was designed for mobile amateur radio operation on the 2 m band.
