Description

Introduced in 1979, the Kenwood TS-120S was one of Kenwood's first compact, all solid-state HF transceivers, covering the classic 80 through 10 meter amateur bands in SSB and CW. With around 100 watts of output, a 100 Hz digital frequency readout, and a straightforward receiver, it targeted newcomers and second-station operators alike. WWV reception at 15 MHz made it a solid base station for its era.
