The Icom IC-351 is an all-mode amateur radio base transceiver for the 70 cm band, built in Japan in the early 1980s for the domestic market. It covers 430-440 MHz in FM and SSB and delivers adjustable RF output power from 1 to 10 watts. The unit can be operated from either AC mains or a DC power source.
