The Icom IC-211 is a 2 m home-station amateur radio transceiver from the late 1970s offering FM, SSB and CW modes. It covers 144-148 MHz and delivers up to 10 watts of output power (FM/CW 1-10 W, SSB 10 W PEP). It features noise blanker, VOX, a dimmer and a built-in SWR meter, and can be powered from mains or 13.8 V DC.
