The Yaesu FT-101FE is the more economical European version within the F series -- otherwise identical to the FT-101F, but with the RF speech processor available only as an accessory instead of standard. Like its siblings it uses a 12BY7A driver with two 6JS6C output tubes and covers 160-10m in AM, SSB, and CW.
