The Yaesu FT-100 (listed here as "FT-100 Vintage" to avoid confusion with the much later 1998/2000 FT-100/FT-100D multiband transceiver) is a tube-based HF transceiver from 1966 -- one of Yaesu's earliest amateur radio products. It covers the classic five bands from 80 to 10m in AM, SSB, and CW, using a 12BY7 driver with two 6JM6 tubes in the final stage.
