Description

Introduced in 1974, the Trio/Kenwood TS-700 was one of the first 2m all-mode base stations, combining AM, FM, SSB and CW in a single unit. With 10 watts output on FM/SSB/CW and a built-in power supply for 100-240 V AC or 12-16 V DC, it supported both home base and mobile operation. The TS-700 is regarded as a milestone of early 2m all-mode technology and is still restored by collectors today.
