The Icom IC-W21AT is a portable dual-band handheld transceiver covering the 2 m and 70 cm amateur bands, produced from 1992 into the late 1990s. It supports simultaneous dual-band receive (V+U, V+V, or U+U) and cross-band repeater operation. With up to 5 watts of output power and wide receive coverage, it is suited for mobile amateur radio use.
