The Icom IC-1200A is an amateur radio mobile transceiver for the 23 cm band (1240-1300 MHz), produced in 1987/1988. It operates exclusively in FM mode with a transmit power of 10 watts (high) or 1 watt (low). The compact unit features a triple-conversion superheterodyne receiver, 21 memory channels plus a call channel with lithium battery backup, and programmable repeater offset.
